This agreement is made between:

Posey and the booking client

1. Scope of Agreement

The Client agrees to engage the Photographer to capture images for the agreed upon photography session, and the Photographer agrees to provide photography services under the following conditions.

2. Usage Rights & Social Media Sharing

The Client grants the Photographer permission to use images from the session for the following purposes:

• Display on the Photographer’s social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and personal/business websites.

• Portfolio and promotional materials (both digital and print).

• Marketing and advertising purposes.

The Photographer agrees not to use the images for commercial resale without obtaining additional written consent from the Client.

3. Client Usage Rights

The Client may use the images for personal use, including sharing on social media and printing and may use for promotional purposes however, proper credit to the Photographer is appreciated when posting online.

4. Privacy & Consent

If the Client does not wish for specific images to be shared publicly, they must notify the Photographer in writing before or immediately after the session.

5. Liability & Copyright

All images remain the copyright of the Photographer. The Photographer is not responsible for any unauthorised use of the images once shared by the Client or third parties.

6. Agreement Acknowledgment

By booking with Posey, both parties acknowledge they have read and understood this agreement and agree to its terms.
